Interns for Contact Centre
Within Digital Sales Department
Location: Head Office II, Icon Tower
Job Overview:
Contact Centre Operator Intern is accountable for receiving client queries by phone, email, or requests from branches, responding in an efficient manner through email, telephone towards client requests and for realizing outbound calls to clients depending on bank needs.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Ensures prompt, efficient, and courteous service by providing professional approach toward the clients through telephone communication channel.
- Receiving phone calls from clients via telephone lines, addresses, and deals with client’s concerns.
- Receiving/Responding to e-mails from clients on the emails managed by the Call Centre (Customer Service, Contact Centre);
- Receiving complaints from clients, informing responsible BCA/CA when their clients face any problem or difficulty while using bank services or addressing the complaint to the relevant departments.
- Support e-banking users on application functionality, user unblocking, and other related problems clients may have.
Qualifications and Skills:
- University degree (or 3rd student) in economics, finance, business, or relevant field.
- Good verbal and communication skills.
- At least two years of previous working experience is preferable.
- Good command of English language, spoken and written.
- Willingness to learn and improve.
- Maintain composure in stressful situations.
