About the Role
Evaluate automation opportunities, as well as configure and implement Voice and Chatbot solutions across major platform providers for GSM clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate customer processes to identify and assess automation potential.
- Configure and deploy Voice and Chatbot solutions on standard Conversational AI platforms.
- Apply Advanced Prompt Engineering and integrate systems via APIs.
- Write clean, maintainable code in JavaScript and Python to support integrations.
- Ensure structured project management and deliver thorough technical documentation.
Must-Have Requirements
- Languages: Knowledge of German language is considered an advantage and very good English (written & spoken).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years as Conversational AI Engineer, Solution Engineer, or Technical Consultant.
- Proven track record in Voice/Chatbot implementations on market-standard platforms.
- Strong skills in Prompt Engineering and platform configuration.
- Solid programming skills in JavaScript and Python .
- Experience with API integrations, system architecture, and process automation evaluation.
