Broad LLC is hiring sharp, internet-native writers to help create and manage written content across Reddit and other online communities, with a particular focus on crypto, fintech, Web3, and adjacent online spaces.
This role is almost entirely writing-based. You will be posting, responding, monitoring discussions, and helping shape online conversations in a natural, human, and platform-appropriate way.
Because much of the content will involve crypto-related products and communities, we are especially interested in people who already understand crypto culture, terminology, narratives, and how crypto communities communicate online. Excellent written English is absolutely essential.
What You’ll Do
- Create and publish written content for Reddit and other online communities
- Participate naturally in discussions around crypto, fintech, Web3, and related topics
- Monitor online conversations, comments, trends, and community sentiment
- Identify positive, neutral, and negative sentiment in discussions
- Research crypto-related topics and quickly understand new products, projects, and narratives
- Help guide conversations based on internal instructions and client goals
- Escalate sensitive or high-risk discussions to internal leads
- Keep short notes and summaries of activity during your shift
What We’re Looking For
Excellent written English is non-negotiable.
This role requires strong grammar, natural phrasing, and the ability to write in a way that sounds clear, fluent, and human.
You should also have:
- A genuine interest in crypto and the broader Web3 ecosystem
- Familiarity with crypto terminology, products, exchanges, wallets, tokens, DeFi, and general market culture
- Ability to understand crypto conversations without needing every term or concept explained
Being genuinely crypto-native is a major advantage.
- We’re especially interested in candidates who follow crypto, understand the culture and terminology, and can comfortably follow conversations around wallets, exchanges, DeFi, memecoins, and Web3.
- You do not need to be a blockchain developer or professional trader. We’re looking for someone who understands the space and can communicate naturally within it.
- Experience with Reddit is also a major plus, especially if you already understand how its communities work and communicate.
Compensation
- €600 NET for the first 3 months then €800 NET afterwards
- Taxes and contributions are covered by the company on first contract
