ABOUT LE OLIVE
Le Olive is a fast-growing Dutch lifestyle brand specializing in personalized sleepwear, loungewear and gifts. We serve customers across Europe and are continuously expanding into new markets.
To support our international growth, we're looking for an Influencer & Creator Marketing Coordinator to help us grow our German and French markets through influencer marketing and high-performing social content.
YOUR ROLE
As Influencer & Creator Marketing Coordinator, you'll be responsible for finding, managing and growing a network of creators and influencers for the German and French markets. You'll coordinate their content and make sure there's a continuous flow of high-quality creatives for our marketing campaigns.
You'll work closely with our marketing team and play an important role in expanding Le Olive across Germany and France.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Find and recruit influencers and UGC creators for the German and French markets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators.
- Coordinate gifted and paid collaborations.
- Prepare clear creative briefs and campaign guidelines.
- Organise and manage creator content from start to finish.
- Perform basic editing of video content using CapCut or similar software.
- Review local marketing materials to ensure they fit the German and French markets.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and identify new creator opportunities.
- Work together with our marketing team to continuously improve campaign performance.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Good English communication skills.
- Experience with influencer marketing, creator management or social media.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiar with TikTok and Instagram.
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut or similar).
- Proactive, hands-on and able to work independently.
- German and/or French language skills are a strong advantage, but not required.
