We are pleased to announce an opening for the position of Quality Assurance Officer, offering candidates the opportunity to join the team of our partners in Libya. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality audits and monitor compliance with established standards and procedures.
- Develop and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and evaluate existing processes.
- Evaluate and monitor guest experience.
- Conduct root cause analysis and define and follow up on corrective actions.
- Analyze data and processes to identify opportunities for quality improvement and organizational efficiency.
- Communicate quality standards to employees and provide relevant training.
- Monitor the implementation of procedures and standards, ensuring a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
