Project Manager - New Services
Location: Prishtine, Kosovo - in-office initially, with flexibility over time
Employment Type: Full-time, salaried
Salary: Starting from EUR 1,500 NET/month, depending on experience
Working Hours: Primarily aligned with U.S. business hours, typically 15:00-23:00 Kosovo time
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Project Manager to lead internal and client-facing initiatives across new services, operations, product launches, and process improvements.
This is a project-driven role rather than a traditional fixed 8-hour shift. Since many of our clients are based in the U.S., meetings and collaboration will typically fall within 15:00-23:00 Kosovo time. Your working day will depend on project needs, deadlines, and meetings rather than requiring continuous work throughout that entire window.
The position will be primarily in-office in Prishtine initially, with greater flexibility possible over time.

What You'll Do

Lead multiple projects from planning through delivery.
Manage timelines, priorities, stakeholders, and deliverables.
Coordinate internal teams and client communication.
Identify blockers, solve problems, and keep projects moving.
Support new service launches and operational improvements.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of proven project management experience.
Bachelor's degree.
Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional and/or client-facing projects.
Strong professional communication and project documentation skills.
Experience with project management tools and structured workflows.
Professional references or reference letters must be available upon request.
Experience in a startup, high-growth, operations, or service-based environment is strongly preferred.
