The Role
We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in Prishtina. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a professional and positive experience for every candidate.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for various departments, ensuring a fast and efficient candidate experience
- Conduct interviews independently and identify the best talent for our teams
- Handle active sourcing/headhunting to proactively identify and engage top talent
- Handle applicant management and coordinate meetings between candidates and internal stakeholders
- Act as a strategic partner to our departments, offering professional support in recruitment
- Stay up to date on recruitment trends and contribute ideas to enhance our hiring strategies
What We're Looking For
- Excellent German language skills (mandatory)
- Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within an international company
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with autonomy and high responsibility
- A structured approach to work, with the ability to motivate and inspire people
- English language preferred
