Proxima Distribution is launching a new dermo cosmetics brand, one of Turkey's leading dermo cosmetic brands, in Kosovo.
We are looking for an energetic, ambitious and customer-focused team member who wants to grow together with a new and fast-growing company.
If you enjoy sales, building customer relationships and developing a brand from the ground up, we would love to hear from you.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Visit pharmacies, pharmacy chains and cosmetic stores
- Introduce and promote dermo cosmetic products
- Develop relationships with customers and identify new sales opportunities
- Follow up orders and customer needs
- Support product launches, promotions and training activities
- Help manage our online sales channels and e-commerce activities
- Prepare simple sales reports and market feedback
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience
- Experience in pharmacy, cosmetics, FMCG or healthcare sectors is a plus
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Basic understanding of digital and online sales channels is an advantage
- Driving license required
