Sales Representative – Construction & Hardware Industry
Location: Pristina, Kosovo
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the construction and hardware industry and will be responsible for promoting and selling our wide range of products while building strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company’s construction and hardware product portfolio.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop new customer accounts.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Visit customers regularly and provide professional product presentations.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the construction materials or hardware industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented.
- Flexible and willing to work with adaptable schedules when required.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for customer visits.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is an advantage.
- Knowledge of English is preferred. Albanian and/or Turkish language skills are an advantage.
