We are currently looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will focus on enterprise sales, client relationship management, public tenders, and the promotion of enterprise IT solutions, including servers, storage, backup, networking, and security products.
Key Requirements
- University degree in Economics, Management, Information Technology, or a related field;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales or public tenders;
- Strong knowledge of IT products and solutions;
- Strong knowledge of public procurement procedures and experience in preparing tenders or projects for public institutions, including ministries, municipalities, or agencies;
- Experience in preparing technical and financial proposals, with a particular focus on enterprise products such as servers, storage, backup, firewalls, and networking;
- Good command of English, both written and spoken;
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with existing and potential clients;
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio;
- Drive enterprise sales, with a focus on servers, storage, backup, firewalls, networking, and related IT solutions;
- Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to payment collection;
- Prepare and present commercial offers and technology solutions;
- Collaborate closely with Product, Presales, Project Management, and Operations teams to ensure successful project delivery;
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities;
- Continuously propose improvements to enterprise sales processes and performance.
