Now we're expanding in Kosovo, and we're looking for a Business Development Manager to open doors, build pipeline, and turn the region's most ambitious companies into long-term partners.

The role
This is a hunter role. You'll own the top of our funnel in Kosovo — identifying the right founders, marketing leaders, and CEOs, starting conversations that matter, and bringing qualified opportunities to the table. You'll be the first impression of Schoolhouse Lane for an entire market, so you'll need equal parts commercial instinct and genuine curiosity about the businesses you approach.
What you'll do

Research and map the Kosovo market — sectors, companies, and decision-makers worth pursuing
Build and run outbound prospecting across LinkedIn, email, events, and your own network
Qualify leads and book discovery calls and demos for the senior team
Develop relationships with founders, marketing teams, and investors, understanding their growth challenges before pitching anything
Represent Schoolhouse Lane at local events, meetups, and industry gatherings
Keep a clean, disciplined pipeline in our CRM and report on activity and conversion
Work closely with our strategists and client services team to shape proposals that win

What you bring

2+ years in business development, sales, or partnerships — ideally in marketing, creative, digital, or
B2B services
Deep knowledge of the Kosovo business landscape and a real network (or the drive to build one fast)
Fluent Albanian and strong English; written and spoken
A consultative approach — you listen first and sell second
Comfort with outbound and rejection; you treat "no" as data, not defeat
Organized, self-directed, and accountable to your numbers

Bonus points

Existing relationships with founders, agencies, or marketing leaders in the region
Experience selling creative, branding, or AI-driven services
A point of view on where Kosovo's brands are heading

We're a team of creatives, strategists, and problem-solvers who believe in thoughtful design, strong collaboration, and continuous learning. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer & Content Creator to join our team in Pristina.
About the Role
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creativity and organization. You'll be responsible for creating engaging visual content across digital, print, social media, and video, while helping maintain high creative standards across multiple client projects.
You'll work closely with our Creative Director, copywriters, and account managers to bring ideas to life and ensure every piece of content aligns with each client's brand.
What You'll Do

Design creative assets for digital, print, and social media campaigns
Create and edit content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms
Develop motion graphics and short-form video content
Support the development and maintenance of brand identities and guidelines
Collaborate with team members to bring creative concepts from idea to execution
Organize project files and maintain clear documentation within Figma and Google Drive
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards

What We're Looking For

Confidence working in Figma
Strong visual design, layout, and typography skills
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished work
Ability to receive feedback positively and implement revisions efficiently
Strong communication and time-management skills
Experience working in an agency, studio, or fast-paced creative environment is a plus

Bonus Skills

Knowledge of UI/UX design principles
Experience creating website designs in Figma
Familiarity with design systems
Experience with ClickUp or other project management tools
Interest in AI-powered creative workflows and emerging design trends
