Role Overview:
- We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who is obsessed with growth, data, and revenue. This is not a content-posting role, you will be directly responsible for driving sales through paid media and optimizing our entire customer acquisition funnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
- Build and optimize full-funnel strategies (acquisition, retargeting, conversion)
- Analyze performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate)
- Identify and fix revenue leaks across landing pages and user journey
- Test creatives, audiences, and offers continuously
- Develop monthly and quarterly growth strategies
- Collaborate with the design and product team to improve conversion
Requirements
- Proven experience running profitable Meta Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of e-commerce growth strategies
- Data-driven mindset (you make decisions based on numbers, not opinions)
- Experience with tracking tools (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Ability to plan campaigns and scale what works
- Bonus: Experience in marketplace or multi-vendor e-commerce
