We’re seeking qualified External Sales Representatives to support our growth in the U.S. market through outbound lead generation and qualification. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, high-volume outreach, and being part of a performance-driven sales team, you’ll thrive in this role. You focus on generating and qualifying opportunities — our internal sales team handles pricing, negotiations, and closing.

Position:   EXTERNAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE (office based)

Location: Prishtinë or Gjakovë

Work schedule: Monday to Friday (3 PM – 11 PM)

Main responsibilities and tasks:

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling to U.S.-based customers (minimum 300 calls per day).
• Generate and research leads using approved prospecting tools and company-provided data.
• Qualify prospects by identifying active or upcoming intermodal freight needs.
• Transfer qualified leads to the internal sales team via live or scheduled handoff.
• Accurately document call outcomes, lead details, and notes in CRM or lead transfer systems.
• Maintain data accuracy, professionalism, and compliance with company standards at all times.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, call centers, logistics, or transportation is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A self-starter who can thrive in a high-growth environment, able to work independently.
• Experience in CRM Tools(like HubSpot or Salesforce)
