QA Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, work closely with senior management, and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.

Inspera is a cloud-based digital assessment platform enabling you to plan, author, deliver and grade digital exams and assessments in one place - onsite or remotely.
More than 150 educational institutions worldwide are using Inspera to digitally deliver standardised tests, open and closed-book exams, final exams, and coursework assessments, on-site or in a hybrid/remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated and manual test cases based on software requirements and user stories.
- Identify, log, and track defects to resolution while collaborating with the development team.
- Provide feedback on product quality, user experience, and risk.
- Collaborate with the product team to understand feature requirements, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
- Review and analyze system specifcations to design effective test plans and test cases.
- Monitor debugging process results and provide feedback to improve ongoing QA processes.
- Stay updated with new testing tools and test strategies, ensuring that our testing methodologies remain industry-leading.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of QA documentation.
- Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization using tools like Prisma.
Qualifcations
- Bachelor's Degree: In Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Testing Expertise: Proven experience in both manual and automated testing. Familiarity with tools like Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages to assist in automated test creation.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with developers and other team members.
- General/Bonus: Experience with performance and/or security testing will be beneficial.
