Position Summary:
- Communication and control with the Team of Carpisa Creating, leading, and training of Staff
- Realization of Sales plan
- Best sellers position by sales statistics
- Monitoring and control of the Franchising Brand rules and work procedures
Requirements:
- University preferable
- Minimum 3 years of experience in International Franchising Fashion Retail systems Experience in managing Staff (5/6 people per shop)
- Developed communication and presentation skills Autonomy and organization
- Conscientious work performance Computer skills (MS Office)
- Excellent fluency in English Residence: Pristina
