Job Overview

Identifying and implementing process improvements in finance and accounting department, you will work closely with the local finance team to analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, utilize technology to develop and implement solutions to increase work efficiency and minimize cost.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze current processes within Finance and Accounting department to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement solutions to improve processes and increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Champion global improvement projects such as Intercompany Clearing House, Chrome River Expense Management and Exflow AP Automation.
• Proactively communicate with project stakeholders, manage project dependencies, develop contingency plans to manage the identified project risks.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert of Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Accounting.
• At least 5 years of continuous improvement experience in a finance setting
• Good people skill, able to work with many cross functional teams to deliver results.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is a must.
• Experience as a Project Manager in agile environment is a plus
• Proficiency in English- both verbal and written.
