Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe e.V. (Help in Kosovo) invites eligible suppliers to submit a quotation for the supply and delivery of an industrial floor-type dryer for cultivated and wild medicinal and aromatic herbs.  
Detailed technical specifications, submission forms and contract conditions are provided in the tender dossier.
Requesting the tender dossier
The tender dossier may be requested by email from info@help-kosovo.org. Suppliers who receive this notice by email should refer to the attached tender dossier.
Submission of offers
Offers must be submitted in person in a sealed envelope to:

The envelope should be marked “RFQ XKX - 075 - 25 - 03– Industrial Herb Dryer” and include the bidder’s name and address. Offers submitted by email or received after the deadline will not be considered.
The offer must include the duly completed Technical Specification Form and Financial Offer, together with the signed declarations and any other documents required by the tender dossier. The offer and all required forms must be signed and stamped by an authorised representative of the bidder. Quotations must be submitted exclusive of VAT, in accordance with the project’s VAT exemption arrangements.
The supplier will be responsible for delivering the equipment, unloaded, to the designated beneficiary’s premises in Kosovo, including customs clearance and associated costs where applicable. Installation and commissioning, warranty coverage, technical support and operating manuals will be required where applicable. The required delivery period is stated in the tender dossier.
