Eridon Elshani Consulting is urgently seeking two Remote, German & English speaking (both, bilingual), Senior professionals for two positions:

  • B2B Sales Development Representative;
  • Account Executive,

with proven experience selling complex software to businesses. We’re looking for candidates with B2 level German and B2 English or above (both languages), who are familiar with complex B2B sales cycles, KPI-driven, and able to independently research, qualify, and nurture leads into opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Driving Growth: Executing sophisticated outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and phone to build a high-quality pipeline.
  • Strategic Support: Crafting professional sales documents, pricing models, and high-impact presentations to help close deals.
  • Client Relations: Handling both prospective and existing customer inquiries with a high degree of professionalism and "human" touch.
  • CRM Mastery: Keeping our HubSpot environment clean, updated, and optimized for maximum sales efficiency.
  • Qualification: Vetting incoming leads to ensure our sales leadership is only meeting with the best-fit partners.

AI, Sales Decks, and Content.

We work with modern methods and expect you to be open to and experienced in using AI tools. You should be able to use AI to:

  • Customize client presentations/sales decks
  • Make meeting preparation more efficient
  • Support industry and company research
  • Create personalized messages
  • Tailor SEO or content ideas to clients
  • Produce sales materials faster.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Language You are B2/higher in German (non-negotiable) and B2/higher in English (both languages are mandatory, not just one/or the other)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales (mandatory)
  • Proven KPI achievement
  • Experience in Key Account Management (KAM)
  • A good understanding of pipeline management
  • Experience with long B2B sales cycles
  • Strong lead qualification skills
  • Professional communication with decision-makers
  • High discipline in follow-ups and CRM maintenance

Nice-to-Have

  • A background in Startups, Sales, or Customer Success.
  • Power-user status in HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, or Sales Navigator.
  • Previous experience navigating the complexities of formal tenders.
  • Previous record of working fully remotely.

Additional Information

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday

Work Type and Location: Fully remote. You can be based anywhere as long as you are a match and agree with our salary ranges.

Start Date: We prefer candidates who can start immediately after receiving a job offer from the client. We are open for you to start part-time until you complete your notice period, and then continue full-time with us.

Base Salary: The salary range starts from 2500 - 4000 eur gross (before taxes and social security contributions), depending on your experience, not based on your expectations + the commission.

Commission structure: Based on the number of your target reached - TBD, usually 30-50% of the Base salary.

Contract Type: You will receive your gross salary from the 1st to the 5th of each month under a B2B contract. You will then be responsible for your own taxes and social security contributions. 

Payment Information: You can receive payment via your personal/business bank account.

Please note: This is a full-time position, not freelance/project work. Contract and payment will be handled exclusively through a contractor agreement. Secondary employment after hours is permitted, provided there is no conflict of interest with your client and the work is part-time. If you hold two full-time positions simultaneously, your employment will most likely be terminated immediately, without notice.

This work cannot be performed after 5:00 PM, on weekends, or on a quota basis.

We are looking for long-term employees who want to develop professionally, not short-term freelancers.

Vacation: You will discuss the annual leave and all benefits directly with your employer.

Workplace Equipment: You will need your own desk, a computer, headphones, and a good internet connection.
