We are pleased to announce an opening for the position of HR Specialist, offering candidates the opportunity to join the team of our partner in Libya. Key Responsibilities

 Recruitment and onboarding of new employees
 Prepare job descriptions and publish job advertisements
 Review and screen incoming CVs
 Organize and conduct candidate interviews
 Prepare job offers and employment contracts
 Coordinate orientation and integration of new employees
 Manage personnel records and databases
 Maintain up-to-date employee records
 Regularly update employee information (personal details, contracts, salaries, leave, and overtime)
 Attendance tracking and payroll support
 Monitor employee attendance, absences, and overtime
 Coordinate with the payroll department to ensure timely salary payments
 Prepare reports on advances, incentives, and deductions
 Employee relations
 Respond to employee requests and inquiries
 Communicate and implement internal policies and procedures
 Assist in resolving employee grievances and disciplinary matters under supervision
 HR administration and reporting
 Update and maintain all relevant HR documentation
 Maintain records of employment status, visas, contract expiration dates, and leave taken
 Prepare monthly HR reports for management

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree
 Professional experience in human resources
 Excellent command of English
 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
 Good computer skills
