Relocation Expert (Tiranë)

	 	 

Staffus GmbH, among other things, is a recruiting company which recruits nursing staff from different countries for employers in Germany. Giving support and being there to help our nursing candidates to relocate to Germany is of huge importance. We want our candidates to feel comfortable, safe and to know that they can rely on us. We care for their future with us.

Due to the increase in the volume of work, we are looking for the part-time „Relocation Expert“ for Albania who will meet the following requirements:

  • First contact with the candidates who engaged in the relocation process
  • Active support in accommodation search for candidates in the country of relocation, if needed
  • Assisting in obtaining Sub-rental contracts and sharing rental service documentation with the finance department
  • Being in charge of the organization of transportation to the country of destination, execution of the relocation briefing, planning of relocation profile development and all relevant and supporting services and offerings (webinars etc)
  • Supporting local finance to open/close bills or expenses before relocation of the candidate takes place
  • Making sure that all the docs are ready and checked and the final check of the confirmed start of working date, handover date for keys etc
  • Preparing and updating relocation schedule with collaboration with the Candidate support on the country of destination and keep the candidate updated of the relocation
  • Giving support in open help desk tickets for relocated candidate, if necessary
  • Answering specific questions alongside the candidate ́s journey from on-boarding to the program until they leave to the country of destination
  • From time to time being involved in relocation recruiting related topics and activities e-g. workshops, surveys, webinars, events, alumni, ambassador

Requirements

  • You have a relevant University degree (Psychology, Organizational background, Human Resource Management or related filed)
  • You speak Albanian as your native language and have advanced level of both English and German (must have)
  • You know Germany, were living or working in Germany and have an understanding about relocation (must have)
  • Previous experience in administrative or finance-related jobs would be an advantage
  • You are communicative and open-minded with great social skills to win people and you enjoy dealing with people, being supportive and helpful towards them
