Human Resources Manager

	 	 

EPPC Kosovo, on behalf of its client, one of the leading international Financial Institution in the country, is recruiting a Human Resources Manager who will manage and oversee all company staff, will implement strategies that support business growth, and also will develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.

Essential responsibilities:                                                                  

  • Oversee institution’s HR systems, policies and procedures to ensure alignment and compliance with organizational objectives, and with other systems, policies, and procedures;
  • Review and advise senior management on annual staff planning as part of annual operating planning process to ensure alignment with outreach performance goals, branch expansion plans, institutional development/ transformation requirements, and other needs;
  • Manage and plan institution’s extensive recruitment and hiring processes including both internal and external recruitment processes;
  • Implement and manage the performance evaluation system to ensure that all staff receive a timely evaluation according to the company policy;
  • Advise line managers on best practices in application of the Performance Management System, particularly the aspect of staff appraisal and performance feedback;
  • In collaboration with senior management, introduce new tools, as applicable, to improve performance feedback for staff and managers.

Qualifications and competencies required:                                    

  • University degree in Business, Management, Economics or HR. Master’s degree desirable;
  • +3 years of demonstrated experience in Human Resources (experience in financial institutions will be an advantage);
  • Experience in people management and human relationship skills;
  • Fluency in Albanian and English languages is required. Fluency in Serbian language is highly desired;
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks;
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
  • Ability to travel within and outside the country;
  • Must possess a driver's license.
