Air Charter Management (Kosovo) is a branch office of Air Charter International (Arabia) Ltd; Established in 1994 and based in Dubai, we are an aviation services provider focused on delivering professional aircraft lease and charter services to the following regions –  Africa, Arabia, Asia , Asia Pacific, Europe and the Americas.

Charter Sales executive will be working as part of an international charter sales broking team. He/She will be expected to deliver predefined revenue and profitability targets by providing charter solutions to clients. The person will be required to demonstrate strong sales capabilities, creative presenting of offers, outstanding commercial awareness, insightful closing techniques and robust administration.

To complement the primary role, Charter Sales Executive will also be required to be included in various field activities such as client sales presentations, airline logistics meetings, and corporate hospitality.

Job Accountabilities

  • Generating and qualifying leads from cold/prospective calling. Managing, tracking and following up on leads on constant basis
  • Achieve targets set for each financial quarter
  • Speedy turnaround and affective management of new and existing client enquiries Sales calls and activities are carried out to ensure targets are achieved
  • Research relevant industry data to create new sales leads
  • Conform to all company procedures as set down in the staff manual and divisional standard operating procedures.
  • Pro-active approach to growth and maintenance of personal client base.
  • Ensure all new enquiries are entered correctly into company database and updated on a regular basis.
  • Flight files are updated and invoiced correctly.

Candidate Profile Requirement:


  • Direct proven sales experience is needed (Minimum of 2 years is preferred)
  • Passionate about Aviation
  • Good negotiator and able to close deals
  • Higher education level in relevant qualification
  • Desire to grow past, current position and progress to broking
  • Developed new business in previous roles through individual sales initiatives
  • Committed, dynamic and driven
  • Proven growth whilst in previous roles
  • Professional in consultative manner Good use of English “Business Language”
  • Must be used to working unsociable hours and committing to customer demands even outside of standard hours

Desirable/Good to have:

  • Significant experience in Aviation Sales, Broking with a proven track record of deal making in a competitive sales environment.
  • Degree level in relevant business qualification
  • Direct Sales training
  • Desire to progress within the group

Salary band: EUR 550 per month + attractive commissions
