Digital Channels and Business Support Senior Specialist

Digital Channels and Business Support, Head Office/ Prishtinë

Your main responsibilities:

  • Responsible to design mainly new products and services or modify the existing ones, as well as standardize and introduce proper planning and coordinating methods, in order to implement the respective changes on time.
  • Ensure uninterrupted service to clients, work within regulatory timeframes and meet compliance requirements
  • Conduct market researches and analyses to identify business needs and opportunities
  • Conceptualize, design and coordinate implementation of new products and services by having consideration to client needs, business opportunities, associated risks and internal controls
  • Coordinate and support implementation of projects that are related to product development unit
  • Ensure that requirements are implemented successfully by overseeing the quality control of processes
  • Draft or update related documents affected from the changes in products or services
  • Ensure staff is well informed when new products or services are introduced; provide training in cooperation with other stakeholders when necessary
  • Perform post-implementation follow-ups of newly developed products and services to ensure that they function as intended
  • Participate in the procurement of electronic devices by providing technical expertise in evaluating various options available
  • Participate in the process of integration and implementation of additional features in our electronic devices as and when required
  • Ensure that all existing or new devices are being certified to be in compliance with VISA and MasterCard policies and other regulatory requirements
  • Customize and maintain systems related to ATM and POS terminals, merchants, cards, fees etc
  • Offer consultancy to business clients in regard to e-commerce and support technical implementation
  • Assist clients and other bank employees whenever his/her expertise is needed, by responding on their questions in a timely manner

  • University degree, preferably in Finance, Business Studies or Economics;
  • Relevant work experience, preferably in banking sector, related areas;
  • Highly proficient in written and verbal communication;
  • Proven ability to work in a team;
  • Proven ability to systematically and logically analyze information;
  • Very good command of English language (spoken and written);
  • Good command of MS Office;
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel;
