Technical Support Enginner

What do we do?

We are a software enterprise company for digital transformation & governance of collaboration systems.
We develop software for governance and financial matter management. Our 300+ client’s range across legal, finance, pharmaceutical, and the Big Four.

We have a global presence with offices in Philadelphia, Chicago, London, India, Mexico, and our biggest office to date, Prishtina.

Job Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and prioritize customer support cases
  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and your customers
  • Communicate and solve customers' problems via phone, email, and online meetings
  • Troubleshoot and reproduce customer issues in the local environment. Collect logs and reproduce for developers if needed
  • Act as a consultant and offers solutions for customers' problems
  • Track and manage your work record
  • Work with all internal groups, including support, sales, engineering, product management, and consulting
  • Perform any additional duties as required
  • Comply with Company Information Security policies and procedures and report any incident that is related to information security


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other related fields
  • Prior experience in software application support
  • 1 – 2 years recent experience in training or customer service specifically related to software support
  • Technical: Windows Operating Systems (XP, Vista, Win7); Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word and Excel, PowerPoint; Webinar experience
  • SQL Knowledge – basic to complex queries
  • AWS experience strongly preferred
  • Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) industry; Platform Enterprise Software experience a plus
  • Exceptional customer service skills and demeanor, along with the innovative ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical clients
  • Strong verbal and writing skills; ability to convey technical terminology in intuitive, user-friendly terms
  • Self-directed with the ability to keep up with a very fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of creating and implementing successful processes
  • Ability to quickly learn new software applications and technologies
