Real Estate Assistant (Remote)


Our team is looking for a wonderful Real Estate Assistant, to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely.

As a Real Estate Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings and day to day property management tasks. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Whatsapp and Zoom. Ultimately, you should be able to handle projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.


  • Responsible for assisting with the daily management of a portfolio of rental properties;
  • Preparing forms, leases, board packages and documents;
  • Maintain the accuracy of building and client files and documents to ensure accurate records are maintained;
  • Basic Bookkeeping ;
  • Answer phone calls, messages, and emails promptly;
  • Perform market research and spreadsheet creation;
  • Calendar management and organizing appointments ;
  • Performing other duties as assigned.


  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role;
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google G Suite and Calendars ;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Extremely organized and strong attention to detail;
  • Consistent, flexible and adaptable to change, a natural problem solver;
  • Able to work in EST time zone, and available 40 hours a week (full-time position).
