Our team is looking for a wonderful Real Estate Assistant, to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely.
As a Real Estate Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings and day to day property management tasks. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Whatsapp and Zoom. Ultimately, you should be able to handle projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for assisting with the daily management of a portfolio of rental properties
- Preparing forms, leases, board packages and documents
- Maintain the accuracy of building and client files and documents to ensure accurate records are maintained
- Basic Bookkeeping
- Answer phone calls, messages, and emails promptly
- Perform market research and spreadsheet creation
- Calendar management and organizing appointments
- Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google G Suite and Calendars
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Extremely organized and strong attention to detail
- Consistent, flexible and adaptable to change, a natural problem solver
- Able to work in EST time zone, and available 40 hours a week (full-time position)
