Request for Offers for provision of translation, interpretation and conferencing services
- PURPOSE OF THIS REQUEST FOR OFFERS
Caritas Switzerland in Kosovo invites qualified vendors to submit offers for the provision of professional translation, interpretation, and conferencing services for the all project activity needs for an initial period of one year.
It is anticipated that one or more contracts will be awarded based on this RFO. Kindly note that only companies legally registered in Kosovo for provision of language services are eligible to participate in this RFO process.

All correspondence regarding this solicitation must reference this solicitation in the subject line “RFO CaCH-2021-01” must be via email and in English language. No phone calls or in-person inquiries will be accepted at any stage of this solicitation. Any such contact will result in immediate disqualification. |

9. Anticipated Award Type |
Award type is Service Contract. Issuance of this RFO in no way obligates
Caritas Switzerland to award a contract and bidders will not be reimbursed for any costs associated with the preparation of their offer. |

10. Basis for Award |
An award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid is responsive to the terms of the RFO meeting the eligibility criteria, and is most advantageous to Caritas Switzerland, considering price and other factors included in the RFO. To be considered for award, bidders must meet the requirements identified in Section 5 below, “Eligibility Criteria Checklist”. No discussions or negotiations are permitted with bidders, and therefore bidders shall submit their best and final price. |
