Job Title: Specialist/ Senior Specialist
Work Place: Accounting & Financial Control Department, HO
Location: Prishtine, BKT Kosova

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow up and control with branches of monthly inventory reconciliation of financial accounts.
- Preparation of monthly consolidated balance sheet and provide accurate financial information for monthly financial statements of the bank.
- Assist the Department Manager/Asst. Manager in daily control of branch reports and transactions.
- Closely supervise the units in accounting issues/ expenses, income control.
- Assist the Department Manager/ Asst. Manager during the audits performed by external and regulatory authority.
- Monthly control and review data for branches and other relevant financial information.
- Review and control of related monthly reports generated from IT Department.
- Prepare and consolidate the budget data.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Banking and Finance.
- Minimum 2 years in relevant position.
- Good knowledge of English language (Turkish language is an asset).
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Good time management skills and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as a member of a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.
