Production Assistant 
Lyonsdown is a specialist marketing solutions company whose mission is to raise the profile of our clients.  We have been a media partner to the Telegraph Media Group for over 10 years with whom we publish print supplements distributed with the Telegraph and Sunday Telegraph.  We host events and produce videos for our clients, principally in the IT services, cybersecurity and financial services sectors. 
We are searching for a production assistant to join our company.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Production administration
Managing filing systems
Liaising with departments internally
Assisting during the production process
Following up and staying on top of any issues that arise
Scheduling filming and calls for clients
Building client pages on our website

Required skills and personal qualities:

Excellent organisational and time management skills
Good IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages
Excellent English language skills
Capacity to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
A professional manner and the confidence to communicate effectively
Ability to work on your own initiative
Attention to detail
Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
Problem-solving skills and project management ability
