OneFor Kosovo LLC, part of a German-based new and ambitious fintech, is looking to establish a Social Studio in Kosovo. The studio will service OneFor institution globally. In this capacity, OneFor Kosovo LLC is looking for the following role:
Content and Community Manager
Responsibilities
- Research and plan annual, monthly and ad hoc content
- Write and maintain editorial plans for our Social communities
- Write post copy and develop (and translate) content in close cooperation with creative team
- Respond to user comments, DMs and actively engage the community
- Drive brand awareness and product knowledge
- Support overall business strategy
Social Media Experience & Professional Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in setting up and engaging social media communities (especially Facebook and Instagram, preferably further experience with YouTube, LinkedIn, other social networks)
- Expert handling of Facebook Business Manager and Creators Studio
- Experience with Social Media Management tools such as Hootsuite, Swat.io, Sprout Social, Falcon.io, etc.)
- Strong copywriting and SEO skills
- Ability to write engaging, funny yet correct content, that is in line with company (and legal) rules and regulations (especially regarding personal data and payment processes)
- Quick comprehension and overview of brand mission and functionality of product and services
- Networker: connect to key team members within company to share learning and constantly optimize our content and our approach
- Experience in managing and de-escalate critical conversations/customer support topics
- Ability to cope with a fast-moving brand and product environment
- Experience in working with MS Office tools
Industry & Category Experience
- Preferably experience in working in start-up structures (insurance, fintech, banking industry)
- Journalistic background is welcomed
Language Skills
- Fluent in English
- Second language (Spanish/French) is welcomed
