OneFor Kosovo LLC, part of a German-based new and ambitious fintech, is looking to establish a Social Studio in Kosovo. The studio will service OneFor institution globally. In this capacity, OneFor Kosovo LLC is looking for the following role:
Social Media Manager
Responsibilities
- Bring company’s Social Media strategy to life and constantly optimize our processes, channels and tools
- Initially manage our English speaking global Social Media channels (Facebook / Instagram) including content planning, copy writing and Community Management
- Shape and align channel and content approach with overall company goals and industry trends
- Create content in close alignment with external and internal partners
- Track and ensure success of our Social Media activities
- Handle influencer relationships
- Help build (and lead) a functional pan-European Social Media Team
- Coordinate and align with key functions within the company (overall Marketing Lead, Costumer Service, Sales)
Social Media Experience & Professional Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in setting up and managing communities and Social
- Media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, other social networks welcome)
- Broad understanding of social channel management (Set-up, editorial planning, content formats, CM, Advertising, Tracking & Reporting)
- Expert handling of Facebook Business Manager and Creators Suite
- Experience with Social Media Management tools such as Hootsuite, Swat.io,
- Sprout Social, Falcon.io, etc.)
- Experience with Social Listening tools such as Brandwatch or Talkwalker
- Strong copywriting skills (in English)
- Quick comprehension and overview of brand mission and functionality of product and services
- Networker: connect to key team members within company to share learning and constantly optimize our content and our approach
- Ability to cope with a fast-moving brand and product environment
- Experience in leading small teams and onboarding processes is welcomed
- Experience in working with Social influencers / Influencer agencies
- Experience in working with MS Office tools
Industry & Category Experience
- Preferably experience in working in start-up structures (insurance, fintech, banking industry)
Language Skills
- Fluent in English (preferably native speaker)
- Second language (Spanish/French) is welcomed
