KODE Labs, headquartered in Detroit, Michigan is seeking to hire a full-time Client Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Prishtina, Kosova, to help us with consistent client support and tracking of all issues related to our smart building platform. Our mission is to give our clients the best experience possible, every day. To do that, we depend on our team of talented, ambitious people who share our passion for excellence. 

REQUIRED SKILLS 

• Excellent organizational, customer service, and communication skills 
• Strong time management skills, attention to detail and outstanding follow-up skills 
• Strong problem resolution and decision-making skills 
• Ability to self-prioritize tasks 
• Ability to speak and write in English fluently 
• At least 1 year of client support experience with English speaking clients 
• At least 1 year of experience with a ticketing system 
• Preferred experience in support of a software product 
• Have a sense of urgency 
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is preferred but not required 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Review support tickets that come in and help clients directly on Tier 1 issues that can be addressed by this position 
• Track, communicate and coordinate all issues that are reported from internal team members 
• Assist and coordinate with other team members on issues that require Tier 2 support 
• Clearly communicate with clients and internal team members every step of the way when an issue is reported 
• Track all issues and metrics around them 
• Report on and improve client support metrics consistently

• Location: Prishtina, Republic of Kosova 
• Employment Status: Full-Time with competitive salary, merit based bonus program + other benefits 
• Other: travel to US, Europe or other client locations may be expected
