Expectations / Duties
- Uploading & arranging files;
- Conversational, patient and confident, with a positive attitude;
- Maintain and update customer information as necessary;
- Track customer related information for reporting purposes;
- Adapt, learn and grow in a fast-paced exciting startup environment.
Skills / Requirements
- Excellent English language proficiency (important);
- Ability to work on multiple platforms online;
- Managing, integrating property online;
- Ability to complete several integrations jobs between web platforms and applications;
- Ideally experienced with platforms such as Airbnb, Booking, or other channel managers;
- Familiar with e-mail, internet browsing, concepts, research;
- Ability to use phone and computer systems;
- College degree preferred;
- Customer service experience is a plus.
