About us: Growth Group is a technology company representing multiple technology brands leading the business development department which supports the global team in sales and appointment setting, working directly with our inhouse software products. Which include -- a B2B automation software for lead generation, we work with international businesses to improve their digital online lead generation via Linkedin.

Salesflowis looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Development Representative to provide pre-sales support.

As a Business Development Representative, you will be seeking new business prospects by contacting and developing relationships with our prospective customers and working closely with the senior sales team for appointment setting.

What You’ll Do:

  • Represent our company’s services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet their needs
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm & cold prospects and finding new potential sales leads
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps
  • Support senior sales teams and Account Executiveson outbound strategies and lead generating efforts for appointment setting
  • Collaborate with sales executives to ensure company’s goals and targets are met
  • Initiating contact with potential customers through cold calling, email outreach and managing multiple linkedin campaigns
  • Presenting product information to customers once you have identified their needs
  • Obtain product knowledge through training and mentoring sessions, and consulting with internal departments
  • Understand tools and systems such as CRM, automation and Linkedin
  • Perform regular follow up calls and emails with prospects/leads
  • Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
  • Collaborate with sales teams by bringing innovative lead generation ideas to each meeting

What You’ll Need:

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication
  • Solid B2B sales ability
  • Some experience in similar roles or previous outbound experience essential
  • Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new connections with prospects
  • Be competitive and consider sales as a career opportunity not a job
  • Ability to think outside the box and be proactive
  • Demonstrate ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member.
  • Have experience using LinkedIn or other similar prospecting applications while keeping track of dead-end leads
  • Must be an excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate in an exceedingly competitive environment
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree highly desired
  • Great sense of humour and passionate about sales and technology (this is equally important)
