Overview:

We are seeking to hire an experienced HR Officer for an regional company leading in its industry. The candidate should have extensive experience in Human Resources Administration specifically recruitment.   

Tasks:

• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Source and attract candidates by using databases
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes

Profile:

• Proficiency in German and English Language
• A degree in a relevant field is an advantage
• Experience in human resources functions, preferably in recruitment
• Very good analytical and conceptual skills
• Teamwork and social skills
• Resilience, above-average commitment and flexibility
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner

• Recruitment Manager
