• Front Desk Officer with language fluency in English and German Language

Scope:

To be successful as a Front Desk Officer, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle the communication between the employees and other parties i
• Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices
• Create and manage both digital and hardcopy filing systems for all partners
• Make travel arrangements and schedule meetings based on all partners' itineraries
• Deal with bookings by phone, e-mail, letter, fax or face-to-face
• Complete procedures when Guests arrive and leave
• Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain event calendars

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Front Office Representative or similar role
• Very good knowledge of English Language
• Very good knowledge of German Language
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Minimum of High school degree
