Social Media Community Manager
What you will be doing:
- Manage the communities and engage with followers on a day-to-day basis
- Develop community management strategies for your various creators to drive engagement, reach and follower growth.
- Delve into the creators world and develop an expertise in their domain(s)
- Stay of top of trends and work with the larger team to apply them where relevant
- Actively participate in Pod brainstorm & feedback sessions to ensure the communities of the creator are being heard and taken into account when developing creator strategy
- Complete weekly and monthly community management reports to provide compelling insights.
Who are we looking for?
- Passionate about social media with minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of the major social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & YouTube)
- Understand how to analyze insights to drive your decisions
- Great writing skills with attention to grammatical detail
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Able to work independently as well as part of a small team
- Passionate about content creators and eagerness to innovate in the social media field
- Highly organised and able to prioritise effectively in order to manage multiple creators at once
- Have a degree in marketing, communications or a relevant field
