 What You Would Be Doing:

As HR Administrator you will work closely and report directly to the HR Manager. You will be a very valuable part of the team that will help ease the work of KFC Kosova restaurants by completing HR admin tasks.

The role has the following key areas of responsibility:

Recruitment:

  • Assist with job ads/descriptions
  • Assist with interviews/selection process

Databases & Employee files:

  • Manage and update personnel files – electronically and physically
  • Various reports on Employee Status & Bench planning
  • Create and implement different forms/systems to make everyday tasks easier
  • Gather and stay on top of all documents required by an employee
  • Prepare various documents required by employees

Payroll & Leaves

  • Update information on all employees, including sick leaves, leaves of absence, overtime hours, work schedules, and more
  • Manage employee leave forms

Training & Development

  • Maintain learning and training system for employees
  • Support Training Restaurant with any request it may have

Employee Relations and Restaurant Support

  • Support restaurant management to become self-sufficient in admin/HR processes
  • Continuously communicate with restaurant management to ensure processes are followed correctly
  • Help with any ad-hoc issues that arise

Compliance (Laws and Legislation)

  • Contracts/Annex Contracts for all staff (beginning, change in position/pay, continuations)

Who we’re looking for

A person in this position should have:

  • Working knowledge of basic computer programs, such as MS Office applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, among others.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize certain tasks and projects appropriately
  • Great communication skills, along with complete knowledge of how to communicate through phone, email, internal memos, and more.
  • Knowledge of job boards, HR processes, and recordkeeping (Preferably)
  • Ability to work as a team member, assisting other HR personnel with their tasks.
  • Great problem-solving and analytical skills to manage daily administrative tasks.
  • To be familiar with Kosovo labor law
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Management or in a related field
  • At least 1 year of work experience in HR or in any related jobs (Preferably)
