Head Office - Pristina


  • Full management of overall Back/Office functionality ensuring functional operations
  • She/he is responsible for managing Centralized Credit Administration unit and staff supervision
  • Performs necessary system testing prior to launching new initiatives related to Credit and other initiatives (new products, new pricing, reporting to Ministry of trade & Industry)
  • Serves as facilitator between front-office, IT department, Finance, Risk and other department as nedded in order to complete given projects and meet the deadlines.
  • Supervise the process of data entry enabling printing of the credit agreements, credit approvals in the system, performs all the checks needed as serves as a controll function to Credit Risk
  • Manage the activities/projects of the unit ensuring appropriate workloads and performance
  • Developes and evaluates processes of to increase efficiency and improve its performance
  • Developes the team through regular performance monitoring and appraisal, and takes appropriate actions
  • Engages closely with the Administration Department in centralized archiving and other assigned duties
  • Is responsible for respecting of all internal rules, regulations and procedures of FINCA Kosovo                                                                                                                   


  • Bachelor Degree in any of the field oof studies: Business, Economics, IT
  • Proven Back Office experience (of minimum 2 years) in a financial institution
  • Experience in Data-analytics, Good understanding of IT issues and the role and possibilities of software automatizations in portfolio management
  • Experience in Project Management is an advantage
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication and training skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical and management skills
  • Excellent technical report writing skills and computer literacy
  • Strong knowledge of English language both in writting and in speaking
