HR Specialist

Job summary: Assistance in the daily activities of HR department related to employee file management, payroll and HR administrative support.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a set of documents for each new hire
  • Support to local payroll
  • Collect documents from new hires
  • Create employee files
  • Update employee files with any new documents that come in
  • Update and manage labor documentation
  • Adhere to the rules of internal order and the provisions of the company;
  • Observe the confidentiality agreement of the company;

Job qualifications:

  • Excellent knowledge of German and English language in written and verbal
  • Excellent computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Internet)
  • Willingness for work in dynamic sphere and changing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Precision, loyalty, organization
  • Loyalty and ability to work in a team
