About the job:
We are looking for a talented and experienced German Speaking Lead Generation Specialist with expertise in tele-sales and representation to join our dynamic development team. As LeadGen, your role will be pivotal as the first point of contact between our company and potential clients in the Real Time Location System industry. Your main objective will be to proactively make outbound calls to generate high-quality leads and contribute to the expansion of our business. Joining one of the leading providers of Real-Time Location System (RTLS) and sensor solutions in the DACH region, you will have the opportunity to work directly with one of our partners and their team, making a significant impact on the future growth of our organization.

  1. Conducting a high volume of outbound calls to potential and existing clients
  2. Engaging with potential customers through phone conversations to determine their fit as potential targets.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with potential customers who are not yet ready to decide. Provide them with relevant information, resources, and assistance to keep them engaged and move them through the sales funnel.
  4. Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively manage and update CRM systems or sales tools to track lead progress, record interactions, and ensure accurate and timely data entry. Monitor and report on key metrics related to lead generation and conversion rates.
  5. Collaborating with the sales team


  1. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with potential customers and building rapport.
  2. The ability to actively listen to prospects, understand their needs, and ask relevant questions is crucial for qualifying leads and offering appropriate solutions.
  3. LeadGen should have the drive to persistently follow up with leads and handle rejection positively. Resilience is important to bounce back from setbacks and maintain motivation.
  4. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively are vital.
  5. Having a goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work under pressure to achieve sales goals is important.
  6. Very good German in written and speaking.
