Administrative Officer

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office
  • Act as the point of contact with clients
  • Takes care of the proper flow of the supply process
  • Ensures that each potential client is registered in the database
  • Maintain company's inventory, office expenses, e-mail, staff holiday records, hiring process of new employees, and invoicing to clients.
  • Promotes effective and ethical communication within the company

Requirements and skills

  • Degree in Economics and Management or relevant
  • Knowledge of office administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Proactive and interested in professional development at work
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively

Period of employment: ASAP, first three month’s probation with a possibility of one year contract.
