Job Title: Finance and Administration Officer
Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance and Administration Officer to oversee financial
operations and administrative functions at our crypto exchange. This role will focus on managing finance-related
activities, vendor relationships, procurement, and general administration.
Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management:

  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Manage day-to-day financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
    management.
  • Prepare financial reports, statements, and analysis for management.

2. Crypto Reporting and Compliance:

  • Monitor cryptocurrency transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of crypto holdings and transactions.

3. Vendor and Service Provider Management:

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and service providers.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Resolve issues and manage relationships with third-party providers.

4. Expense Management:

  • Track and analyze company expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Optimize spending and manage budget allocations.

5. Administration:

  • Oversee general administrative functions including procurement, facilities management, and
    contract administration.

6. Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., SCAAK) is preferred.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in financial management, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and regulatory compliance is
    preferred.
  • Experience in negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
  • Proficiency in tools for reporting and analysis (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
