Position title: Part-Time Sales Caller (US Hours) 

Job Description 

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our sales team as a part-time caller. Operating during US hours, the Sales Caller will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential clients via phone calls to introduce our services and generate leads. The majority of calls will be to leads previously contacted by email. The list of numbers and information on leads, as well as the script, will be provided by the Head of Sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to effectively engage with prospects to schedule meetings with our Sales team. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to prospective clients using the provided list and script to introduce our services, qualify leads, and generate interest. 
  • Lead Follow-Up: Follow up on leads previously contacted via email to further discuss our offerings, address any questions or concerns, and schedule appointments or meetings with Sales representatives. 
  • Engagement and Persuasion: Engage with prospects in a friendly and professional manner, effectively communicate the value proposition of our services, and overcome objections to secure meetings. 
  • Meeting Scheduling: Coordinate schedules and book appointments or meetings between prospects and Sales team members, ensuring accurate calendar management and timely follow-up. 
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system, providing valuable insights and supporting decision-making processes. 
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and other team members to optimize calling strategies, share feedback, and contribute to the overall success of the sales efforts. 

Qualifications for Sales Caller: 

  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with a clear and articulate phone manner.
  • Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service 
  • Ability to work according to US working hours. 
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to handle rejection professionally. 
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
