TDS Consulting is expanding, and we're on the lookout for a talented sales development representative to be a key player in our company's growth. We are on the lookout for a sales development representative to join our team in Prishtina, offering a unique opportunity to directly contribute to our growth and success.

Responsibilities of the position:

  • Conduct proactive outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media engagement.
  • Qualify leads and prospects to identify potential clients who align with the company's target market and product offerings.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of the products or services.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage and track lead activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on potential clients.
  • Assist in the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns to drive awareness and generate interest in the company's offerings.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for business growth.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings or presentations between prospects and senior sales representatives, facilitating the transition of qualified leads to the sales pipeline.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging pitches to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits to address their business needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide insights and feedback on lead generation strategies, contributing to the overall improvement of marketing initiatives.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and qualification.


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with international clients (mandatory)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both in written and spoken English, with a mandatory proficiency level of C1
  • Goal-oriented with a desire to pursue a career in sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Values teamwork and collaboration while being self-driven and capable of working independently under minimal supervision.
  • Eager to learn and grow, with a passion for making a significant impact within a visionary company.
  • Ability to think quickly and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work with diverse individuals
  • Must be available to work from 15:00 to 23:00 from our office in Prishtina, Kosovo.
