Back Office Assistant

Expectations / Duties
  • Assist in processing daily orders/expenses;
  • Input invoice data;
  • Update product information, and sales data in CRM systems;
  • Conduct data entry tasks for products and financial transactions;
  • Collaborate with the sales team, logistics, and other departments;
  • Support the team by performing tasks related to organization.
Skills / Technology / Requirements
  • English language proficiency;
  • Solid understanding of Google Suite products, MS Office, Canva or other related platforms;
  • Understanding of various communication mediums such as Slack, Discord, Google Meet, etc;
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
