With the subject “SS_Final Evaluation”: (RFQ-2023-KS-019).
Your Offer should include: 

Cover letter (max. 1 page) outlininig your interest in the assignment as outlined in this Terms of Reference;
Summary (max. 1 page) outlining proposed methodology for conducting the assignment;
Financial proposal in amount free of VAT before any legal deductions of the country of origin;
Sample of previous work (reports) in a related field conducted by the applicant;
Business Certification (for companies)
CV of proposed team to be engaged

Please note: Please include all applicable taxes (not including VAT, since Save the Children is excluded from VAT)
Payment condition:

Payment will be done through bank account after receiving ordered service and Regular Invoice

Evaluation will be done as per criteria specified in TOR.
