Position Summary
Deloitte Consulting LLP, headquartered in Arlington, VA, is seeking qualified Chief of Party (COP) candidates for the anticipated multi-year USAID Kosovo Critical Infrastructure Resilience activity. This program will aim to protect Kosovo’s critical infrastructure by building capacity in responsible institutions to become more resilient against cyber-attacks and mitigate the effects of climate change on the country’s infrastructure to extreme weather seasonality and unpredictability. The COP, based in Pristina, Kosovo, will lead the team by providing overall project management and strategic direction to align with the objectives above. The COP will report to and work closely with USAID and the Deloitte home office based in Washington, D.C. to ensure that the program operations integrate effectively between the project (Kosovo) and home-based offices (US). *Please note that this position is contingent upon project award and approval.
