About the job:

We are seeking a talented, experienced, and motivated Social Media Designer to join our team. Our Social Media Designer will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's online presence and engaging with our target audience. Your creative skills and visual storytelling will help us convey our brand's message effectively across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation: Design and create visually compelling and on-brand content for the company’s social media pages, mainly Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, as well as email marketing designs, including images, infographics, videos, animations, and other multimedia assets.
2. Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual content adheres to the brand's style guidelines, maintaining a consistent and cohesive look and feel across all social media channels.
3. Graphic Design: Develop eye-catching graphics for social media posts, cover images, and profile pictures to enhance user engagement and aesthetics.
4. Video Production: Create short videos, including promotional videos, animations, and motion graphics, optimized for social media platforms.
5. Photography: Capture and edit high-quality photographs that align with the brand's message and resonate with the target audience.
6. Content Scheduling: Collaborate with the marketing manager to schedule and post designed content at the right times to maximize reach and engagement.
7. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, design techniques, and best practices to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
8. Feedback Incorporation: Be open to feedback and make necessary revisions and adjustments to designs based on input from the team and audience response.
9. Analytics Integration: Utilize social media analytics to measure the performance of visual content and adapt designs based on audience insights and engagement data.
10. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing manager to align visual content with the overall marketing strategy and campaigns.

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and video editing software.
2. Strong understanding of social media platforms, their specific requirements, and best practices for content creation on each.
3. Creative thinking and the ability to translate marketing and branding objectives into visually appealing content.
4. Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
6. Portfolio showcasing previous social media design work
