Role Overview: As an Administration and Finance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our company, ensuring the smooth functioning of financial and administrative processes. You will work closely with various teams to support financial activities, manage office operations, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Support:
- Assist with financial record-keeping, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and financial documents.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial data.
- Ensure accurate documentation and filing of financial records.
- Review and process supplier invoices and payments.
- Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers when necessary.
- Administrative Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the management team and staff.
- Maintain and organize office records, files, and documents.
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment procurement.
- Assist in scheduling travel arrangements, and events.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
- Manage relationships with suppliers.
